3-4chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 1/2tspadobo saucefrom the chiles

How to Make Arizona Chicken Pasta
Boil pasta to al dente according to package directions. Set aside.
In a food processor or blender, puree the chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, and 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream until smooth. Set aside.
Add the butter to a large skillet over medium heat and allow to melt. Saute minced garlic in the pan for about 30 seconds.
Add the remaining heavy whipping cream, flour, and chipotle mixture to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat until bubbly and thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in shredded white cheddar cheese until melted. Add corn, black beans, and chicken. Stir to coat in the sauce.
Mix in the cooked pasta until well coated in the sauce.
Top the pasta with green onion, tomatoes, and additional shredded white cheddar cheese before serving.
