  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Glaze Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, browned
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Extra chopped walnuts

Banana Bread Bars Instructions

  • Mash bananas and mix with sour cream, softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and granulated sugar. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and walnuts. Pour into a prepared pan and bake.
  • Prepare the glaze by browning butter, mixing with powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over cooled bars and top with extra walnuts.
