  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 150 grams caster sugar or granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 120 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 120 ml full-fat Greek yogurt

Glaze

  • 30 grams icing sugar or powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed

How to Make Lemon Yogurt Cake

  • Preheat the oven according to the recipe instructions and prepare the cake pan.
  • Make the lemon crumb topping by combining butter, flour, sugar, and lemon zest.
