  • 2 cups Cooked rice Can use white or brown rice.

  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds For garnish.
  • 2 cups Broccoli or any choice of vegetables Select your favorite vegetables.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For cooking the vegetables.
  • to taste none Salt and pepper For seasoning the salmon.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Begin by cutting the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces and season them with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  • In a bowl, toss the salmon bites with teriyaki sauce, ensuring every piece is coated evenly.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Cooking

  • Arrange the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and slightly crispy.
  • While the salmon is cooking, prepare your rice and steam or sauté your chosen vegetables as a side.
  • Once the salmon is done, serve it over a bed of warm rice, topping it with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Notes

To elevate your dish, consider adding sliced avocado or a drizzle of sriracha for a spicy kick. It pairs beautifully with a side of air-fried vegetables or a light salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in an air fryer to restore crispiness.
