Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Consider flavored breadcrumbs for a twist.
  • 1/4 cup sugar Reduce sugar for a healthier option.
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon Add a pinch of nutmeg for added flavor.
  • 1 large egg, beaten

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Dip each apple slice into the flour mixture, then into the beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the apple slices in a single layer.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes or until they turn golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
