Preparation
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
In a bowl, combine the cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Toss the tofu cubes in this mixture until well coated.
Drizzle the olive oil over the tofu and toss it again for an even coating.
Cooking
Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and nicely golden.
Sauce Preparation
While the tofu is cooking, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a separate bowl to create a delicious sauce.
Once the tofu is crispy, toss it with the prepared sauce ensuring every piece is well coated.
