  • 4 large large flour tortillas
  • 2 pieces cooked chicken breasts, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • cooking spray or olive oil for greasing for greasing the air fryer basket

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, blend the hot sauce with the ranch dressing to create a flavorful sauce.
  • Lay the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
  • Evenly distribute the shredded or diced chicken among the tortillas, placing it in the center.
  • Sprinkle each portion of chicken with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Drizzle the hot sauce-ranch mixture over the fillings.
  • Fold the sides of each tortilla over the fillings, then roll them up tightly to form wraps.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • Place the wraps seam side down in the basket, ensuring they do not touch each other.

Cooking

  • Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the wraps are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and the cheese is melted and bubbly inside.
  • Carefully remove the wraps from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve hot, with additional hot sauce or ranch dressing for dipping if desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer or oven to retain crispiness.
