Ingredients

Pickles and Coating

  • 1 jar Dill pickles Choose thick-cut dill pickles for a substantial crunch.

  • 1 large Egg Beaten.
  • 1/2 cup Flour Can substitute with gluten-free flour.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare three bowls: one with flour mixed with salt and pepper, another with beaten egg, and the last with breadcrumbs.
  • Dip each pickle slice into the flour, then the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Place the coated pickles in the basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce such as ranch dressing, spicy mayo, or garlic aioli. For storage, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, and reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes to regain crunchiness.
