Instructions
Slice the potatoes thinly, around 1/16th to 1/8th inch thick.
Soak the potato slices in cold water for 10 minutes, then pat them dry.
Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
Lay out the potato slices, spray with grapeseed oil, and season with a mix of garlic salt, oregano, and blackened seasoning.
Air fry the potato slices in batches for 7 to 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
