Preparation
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and lime juice to create the Bang Bang sauce.
Season the salmon bites with salt and pepper, then toss them in olive oil to give them flavor and moisture.
Dredge each salmon piece in breadcrumbs until thoroughly coated.
Cooking
Place the coated salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket for even cooking.
