Ingredients

For the Salmon Bites

  • 1 lb salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces Fresh salmon recommended
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs For coating the salmon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For moisture and flavor
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and lime juice to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  • Season the salmon bites with salt and pepper, then toss them in olive oil to give them flavor and moisture.
  • Dredge each salmon piece in breadcrumbs until thoroughly coated.

Cooking

  • Place the coated salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket for even cooking.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve hot with the Bang Bang sauce on the side.

Notes

Leftover salmon bites can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes at 370°F (190°C).
