Instructions
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, eggs, melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish, ensuring it’s poured evenly.
Baking
Bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until the top is set and has a lovely golden hue.
