Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed for best flavor
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup milk preferably whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, eggs, melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish, ensuring it’s poured evenly.

Baking

  • Bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until the top is set and has a lovely golden hue.

Notes
