Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, whisking until well mixed.
If you’ve chosen to use shredded cheese, stir it in now.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and lightly golden.
Once baked, remove it from the oven, let it cool a bit, and garnish with chopped herbs before serving.
