1poundroast beef, sliced

Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in buttermilk until just combined.
Roll out dough on a floured surface and cut into circles.
Assembly
Place roast beef and a slice of provolone in the center of half the circles.
Top with the remaining circles.
Baking
Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Heat beef broth in a pot.
Serving
