  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the wedges and add minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
