  • Banana cream pudding mix
  • Mashed banana ripe

How to Make Banana Pudding Cheesecake Bars

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper. Mix vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter, press the mixture into the pan, and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla extract, marshmallow fluff, banana cream pudding mix, and mashed banana. Mix until smooth. Pour the filling over the crust and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 200°F (95°C) and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Cut into squares and top with whipped cream, banana slices, and vanilla cookies.
