Instructions
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken breasts, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to evenly coat the chicken.
Working one skewer at a time, thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto each skewer.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Mix well to make the bang bang sauce.
Pour half of the sauce into a separate bowl to use later and brush the remaining sauce evenly over the chicken.
Cooking
Add the skewers to the basket of your air fryer in a single layer.
Air fry at 400°F for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
Transfer the skewers to a plate and drizzle or brush with the reserved bang bang sauce. Serve immediately.
Notes
For more flavor, consider marinating the chicken in oil and spices for a couple of hours. You can also add vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini to the skewers. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
