Preparation

  • Preheat the grill for the BBQ beef strips.
  • Season the beef with smoked paprika and garlic, then grill until cooked through.
  • Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges, toss them with cinnamon, and roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 25-30 minutes until tender.
  • Cook white rice according to package instructions to ensure it’s fluffy and ready to serve.
  • Prepare a fresh salad by chopping the iceberg lettuce and cucumber, then drizzle with honey mustard dressing.
