  • 1 cup rice Cooked according to package instructions.
  • 1 cup cucumber Chopped for the salad.
  • 2 cups lettuce Any variety, torn into pieces.
  • 1 cup tomato Chopped.
  • 3 tbsp lemon dressing For dressing the salad.

Cooking

  • Sauté beef strips with onion and bell peppers in a pan until cooked to your liking.
  • Prepare mashed potatoes by boiling potatoes, then mashing them with butter and herbs.
  • Cook rice according to package instructions.
  • Toss salad ingredients (cucumber, lettuce, tomato) with lemon dressing in a bowl.
  • Serve the beef stir-fry with mashed potatoes, rice, and salad on the side.

Notes
