  • 2-3 Tbsp chopped pecans

  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • sea salt, flaky

Instructions

  • Thaw puff pastry and preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Roll out puff pastry into an 11x11 inch square on a floured surface.
  • Place brie cheese wheel in the center. Add jam, nuts, rosemary, honey, and salt.
  • Wrap the puff pastry around the cheese and toppings, sealing with egg wash.
  • Score the top for venting steam. Bake for 30 minutes and let it rest before serving.
