Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned, breaking it into crumbles.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, thawed hashbrowns, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and gently fold them into the hashbrown mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
