Instructions
Cooking the Noodles
Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Preparing the Shrimp
In a bowl, toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat, add shrimp, and cook until they are blackened and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
