Preparation
In a bowl, mix together bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or dish, pour marinade over, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Cooking
Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
In the meantime, take the leftover marinade, bring it to a boil in a small pot, and whisk in cornstarch mixed with water to thicken.
Once the chicken is cooked, drizzle the thickened sauce over the chicken and garnish with green onions.
