Ingredients
  

Blueberry Sauce

  • 1 3/4 cups blueberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Cheesecake Base

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare a springform pan with parchment paper.
