Blueberry Grilled Cheese Sandwich
1cupfresh blueberries
1teaspoongranulated sugar
2tablespoonsHellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
4slicessourdough bread
4ouncessliced Gruyere cheese
Instructions
Cook the fresh blueberries and sugar in a saucepan until slightly thickened. Set aside to cool.
Place Gruyere cheese on two slices of sourdough bread. Spoon blueberry compote over the cheese and top with the remaining bread slices.
Generously spread Hellmann’s or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise on the outer sides of the sandwiches.
