Cinnamon Streusel
1/2cupall-purpose flour
1/2cupgranulated sugar
5tablespoonsunsalted buttercubed
1 1/2teaspoonscinnamon
Vanilla Glaze
1cuppowdered sugar
2-3tablespoonsmilk
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix oil, eggs, milk separately. Combine wet and dry, fold in blueberries.
Cut together flour, sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Bake until browned.
Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in the streusel bowl.
Cook waffle batter in iron until golden. Top with streusel, more blueberries, and glaze. Serve warm.
