  • 1/2 whole lemon Squeeze the juice, watch out for seeds.
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper Can substitute fresh ginger if preferred.
  • 1 cup cold water Add ice for extra refreshment.
  • 1 teaspoon honey Optional, adjust to taste.

Preparation

  • Take a big glass or your favorite cup.
  • Add about a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
  • Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon and watch out for seeds.
  • Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or fresh ginger.
  • Mix it all with about a cup of cold water, adding ice if desired.
  • Optionally, drizzle in some honey to taste.
