Instructions
Preparation
Take a big glass or your favorite cup.
Add about a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon and watch out for seeds.
Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or fresh ginger.
Mix it all with about a cup of cold water, adding ice if desired.
Optionally, drizzle in some honey to taste.
Notes
Start small with apple cider vinegar to adjust to the taste. Experiment with mint, lime, or sparkling water for variations.
