How to Make Browned Butter Roasted Potatoes with Parmesan

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a large baking sheet.
  • Combine olive oil, garlic, salt, dried parsley, thyme, oregano, pepper, and Parmesan in a bowl.
  • Toss the quartered potatoes in the mixture until well coated.
  • Spread the potatoes on the baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.
  • Melt unsalted butter in a pot or skillet until golden brown.
  • Drizzle the browned butter over the roasted potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley before serving.
