Begin by putting a small saucepan on medium-low heat. Melt the butter and cook the minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the heavy cream and bring it to a low simmer.
Slowly add the cheddar cheese while continuously stirring until it melts and forms a creamy sauce.
Pour in the buffalo sauce and stir until well combined.
In a casserole dish, add the cooked elbow noodles and shredded chicken.
Pour the creamy sauce over the noodles and chicken, and give it a good stir to combine everything evenly.
