- ½ cup butter 1 stick, 113g
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream 120g
- ½ cup granulated sugar 100g
- ½ cup brown sugar 100g
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted reserve a few to sprinkle on top
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted twice 250g
