Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup butter 1 stick, 113g
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream 120g
  • ½ cup granulated sugar 100g
  • ½ cup brown sugar 100g
  • teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted reserve a few to sprinkle on top
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted twice 250g
