  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce Store-bought or homemade.

Main Mix-Ins

Serving Suggestions

  • Graham crackers For serving.
  • Apple slices For serving.
  • Pretzels For serving.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Set the cream cheese on the counter for 30–60 minutes so it softens.
  • In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the diced apples with a spatula so they’re evenly distributed.
  • Pour half of the caramel sauce into the bowl and stir just a few times for light swirls.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle the remaining caramel on top.
  • Serve immediately with graham crackers, apple slices, and pretzels for dipping.

Notes

For a lighter version, try part-skim cream cheese and drain excess liquid from grated apples. For a spiced twist, toss diced apples with a pinch of cinnamon before folding in.
