Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread the apple pie filling evenly.
  • Drizzle the caramel sauce over the apple filling.
  • Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the caramel and apple layers.
  • Pour the melted butter over the top.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped nuts if desired.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
