How to Make Caramel Cheesecake Bars

  • Prepare the graham cracker crust by pressing a mixture of graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter into the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Make the cheesecake filling by blending cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and drizzle caramel sauce on top.
  • Swirl the caramel sauce into the cheesecake filling for a marbled effect.
  • Bake until set, then cool and refrigerate to set.
