  • If using pre-made cheese sausages, prick them slightly with a fork to prevent bursting.
  • For homemade sausages, mix ground meat with shredded cheese, mixed herbs, and seasonings.
  • Let the mixture rest in the fridge for 30 minutes to meld flavors.
  • Form the mixture into links or patties.

Cooking Method

  • For stovetop, heat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil. Cook sausages for 4-5 minutes per side until browned.
  • For baking, place sausages on a lined sheet at 375°F for about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway.
  • For grilling, cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure internal temp reaches 160°F.

Notes
