Preparation

  • Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Add the sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Reduce heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  • Gradually add the provolone cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  • Combine the cooked tortellini with the meat and sauce. Toss to coat.
