How to Make Cheesy Garlic Zucchini Bites
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together zucchini, panko bread crumbs, cheddar cheese, egg, green onion, dill, and seasonings until well combined.
Form the zucchini mixture into small balls, placing them on the baking sheet.
Bake the zucchini bites for about 30 minutes until browned and crisp, flipping them halfway through.
Serve warm with ranch dressing for dipping.
