Instructions
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix together shredded chicken, sharp cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, and diced jalapeños until well combined.
Scoop a small amount of the mixture and shape it into balls or popper shapes.
Roll each popper in breadcrumbs or your chosen crispy coating.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese or sour cream with additional ranch seasoning to create the creamy dip.
Serve the poppers hot with the dip on the side.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use almond flour instead of breadcrumbs. Customize the filling with diced bell peppers, corn, or bacon.
