  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lay out the low-carb tortillas on a clean surface.
  • Sprinkle ½ cup shredded mozzarella on each tortilla, followed by a layer of pepperoni slices.
  • Dust lightly with Italian seasoning.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  • Place roll-ups seam-side down on a baking sheet coated with olive oil spray.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.

Notes
