  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

How to Make Cherry Crisp

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish.
  • Prepare the crust and topping: In a bowl, mix flour, oats, and brown sugar. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
  • Spread the cherries in the baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon.
  • Crumble the crust mixture evenly over the cherries.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and the cherries are bubbling.
