1/2teaspoonred pepper flakes (optional)

Preparation
Season the sliced chicken with salt and pepper.
Cooking
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the skillet. Stir-fry the green beans for about 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Pour this mixture over the chicken and green beans, stirring to combine.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and evenly coats the ingredients.
Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
