  • Butter for spreading Butter should be spread on the bread.

Instructions

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  • Place one slice, butter-side down, in the skillet.
  • Layer the grilled chicken, avocado slices, and cheese on top.
  • Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
  • Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
