  • 1 breast grilled chicken breast Cooked and sliced for the sandwich.
  • 1 ripe avocado Sliced, to add creaminess.
  • 2 slices cheese (cheddar or your choice) Pepper jack or mozzarella can also be used.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.
  • as needed Butter For toasting the bread.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Toast the slices of bread with butter in a pan until golden brown.
  • Slice the grilled chicken and avocado.

Assembly

  • Lay one slice of bread on a plate, add grilled chicken, avocado slices, and cheese on top.
  • Place the second slice of bread on top.
  • Optionally, grill the sandwich on the pan until the cheese melts.

Serving

  • Serve warm, accompanied by a side of fresh salad, potato chips, or warm soup.
