1pieceripe avocado, sliced
4pieceswhole wheat tortillas (8–10 inch)
1cuplettuce, chopped (romaine or butter lettuce recommended)
1/2cupcherry tomatoes, halved
1/4cupred onion, thinly sliced
1/4cupGreek yogurt or mayonnaiseGreek yogurt for tang and fewer calories.
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Greek yogurt or mayonnaise. Add a squeeze of lime juice if using, then season with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon about one-quarter of the chicken mixture down the center, leaving room at the edges.
Arrange sliced avocado on top of the chicken, then add chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and a few slices of red onion.
Fold the short sides of the tortilla in toward the center, then roll tightly from the long side to enclose the filling.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Slice each wrap in half on the diagonal and serve immediately.
Notes
Store assembled wraps in an airtight container for up to 24 hours. For longer storage, keep components separate. Avoid microwaving assembled wraps to prevent sogginess.
