  • 12 pieces Jumbo pasta shells Cooked according to package instructions
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets, steamed or blanched
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the cooked chicken and broccoli, mixing well until combined.
  • Stir in Alfredo sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assembly

  • Fill each cooked pasta shell with the chicken and broccoli mixture, pressing down gently to pack the filling.
  • Place the stuffed shells in a baking dish and top generously with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your delicious dinner!

Notes
