Instructions

Cooking the Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet.
  • Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Preparing the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

Combining and Serving

  • Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve alongside crispy fries.
