Instructions
How to Make Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Mix the dipping sauce ingredients in a bowl and chill in the fridge.
Cook ground chicken, onion, and oil in a skillet until chicken is cooked through.
Add water chestnuts, peppers, garlic, and ginger; stir until peppers are soft.
Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, peanut butter, oyster sauce, white pepper, and red pepper flakes. Remove from heat.
Serve chicken mixture in lettuce wraps, doubling up the lettuce for thickness. Top with green onions and serve with the spicy dipping sauce.
