Instructions
How to Make Chicken Rice Soup
In a large pot, sauté onions, carrots, and celery in oil over medium-high heat for 4 minutes.
Add ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Mix in Italian seasoning, chicken broth, and rice. Bring to a boil.
