  • Dice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Add the mayonnaise, celery, grapes, and red onion.
  • Pour in the lemon juice, then sprinkle salt and black pepper over the mixture.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.

Notes

Mayonnaise can be swapped for plain Greek yogurt for a tangier, lower-fat version. Use seedless grapes to avoid surprise seeds; halving them prevents large pieces from overpowering. Toasted nuts add crunch, or swap grapes for cranberries for a fall twist. Best served cold or at room temperature.
