Instructions
Preparation
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water to make the teriyaki sauce.
Cooking
In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
Add broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry until tender.
Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and vegetables, and let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat them with the sauce.
Serving
Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
Notes
For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of water or soy sauce to prevent drying out.
