¾cupgranulated sugardivided
½teaspoonvanilla
Cookie Dough:
2pie crustsfrom a package of 2 refrigerated crustsor from scratch
1teaspooncinnamon
2tablespoonsunsalted buttermelted
Instructions
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add ¼ cup sugar and vanilla; mix well.
Cut out pie crust circles, spoon cheesecake mixture, top with crust circles, and seal. Bake until golden.
Brush cookies with butter, coat in cinnamon sugar, and cool on wax paper.
