Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
  • Cut the cinnamon rolls into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  • Dip each piece of cinnamon roll into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak briefly.

Cooking

  • Place the soaked pieces in the skillet and cook until golden brown on each side, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes
